KINARI-Web Requirements

KINARI-Web is a web-based application built with html, PHP, Javascript, and the Jmol web applet. To run KINARI-Web, you should have Javascript enabled in your browser, and the Java plugin installed.

Known issues with using KINARI-Web

• All browsers - In the KINARI-Web visualizer window, if the "load clusters" button is clicked before the Jmol window has fully loaded, the clusters might not be displayed. Clicking the default view button will then display the clusters.
• Firefox 4.0 - With this browser, you might observe one of the known quarks with using Jmol in Firefox 4.0, discussed in the Jmol mailing list. For example, right-clicking on the Jmol window might not open the menu. KINARI-Web uses the latest version of Jmol (as of April 26, 2011), 12.0.40, which should alleviate these problems.
